You can Fill online form and download the information card / prospectus from Chandigarh Education Dept Website i.e. http://chdeducation.gov.in/  (Below/ Near Daily Circulars –> Click for Admission in Class XI of Govt. School – Direct Link ) or http://neilit.gov.in/chandigarh

ADMISSION SCHEDULE: Online availability of Prospectus and filling up of Registration Form along with payment of Registration Fee: 06-06-2018 10:00 AM to 18-06- 2018 up to 5:00 PM Submission of Hard copy of the Registration Form in one of the designated schools 15.06.2018 to 20.06.2018 (8:30 AM to 1:45 PM)
